If you see the "No Machines Found" message in SFC, look at the services in the server.
Log into the SFC application server and go to services.
Look for SFC services and make sure they are all running. If not start them up. If they are running look for SFC FrameWork Service and restart it. This will restart the FW Service and Data Logger services. That should resolve your issue.
